Garage Italia Finance Sàrl (also the “Company”) has been incorporated in February 2020, originally was called FBNK Finance Sàrl and owned by an American tech and sports entrepreneur John Textor.

In 2021 a Swiss-listed Youngtimers AG became the 100% owner of the Company and renamed it into Garage Italia Finance Sàrl – the name taken from Garage Italia Customs Srl, an iconic Milan-based collectible cars customization and merchandising business established in 2016 by Mr. Lapo Elkann, an Italian entrepreneur and a member of a storied Agnelli dynasty. Mr. Elkann remains one of the largest shareholders of Youngtimers AG, and the Company owns 100% of Garage Italia Customs Srl since 2021.

Following an investment into Garage Italia brand led in 2021 and beyond by Mr. Adam Lindemann, the New York based art dealer, racing enthusiast and collector, and financed with the EUR 100 million bond issued by the Company in December 2021, the Company took Garage Italia brand and production capabilities to expand into NFT, securitization and payment services, as well as acquired several other luxury brands servicing collectible markets around the world.

Today Garage Italia Finance Sàrl is organized as an investment holding company with two business units: “Operating Subsidiaries” and “Portfolio Investments”.
